HOW TO CALCULATE TANGENT ANGLE BETWEEN TWO CIRCLES ON THE SAME PLANE:

Is a program to calculate the Tangent points between two Circles. The Circles have to be on the same Center line. Example: Circle one X is 0 and Y is 0 Circle two X is 3.5 and Y is 0.
